At JRM Physiotherapy it is our ambition to help our clients lead a more active and fulfilling life, and support those who are in training to rise to the challenge and reach their athletic potential.
As a qualified coach, and international triathlete, Jonny is able to combine his physiotherapy training and experience with tailor-made training programmes to support each client’s unique needs.
We have experience in the assessment and screening of many different sports and activities to determine issues with technique and posture which could lead to injury and poor performance. Our clients have included golfers, runners, cyclists, footballers, swimmers, equestrians, triathletes, cricketers, climbers, rugby players, tennis players, office-workers and those in physical trades, amongst many!
Using biomechanical screening, we are able to examine movement patterns and identify any physical and postural limitations which may directly cause injury or affect your abilities – providing you with the tools you need to reduce injury and optimise your performance, whether on the golf course, in the pool, on the track, at the stables, or even in the office. This will probably comprise of specific stretches, postural advice and core stability exercises.
By providing a tailored rehabilitation and conditioning programme, which is designed around your specific sporting and lifestyle needs, we aim to help you reach your full potential and fulfill your ambitions.
